Frequently
Asked Questions

Production, minimum orders, lead times, shipping and specifications, answered by the factory

Decomdis manufactures its own panels. Extrusion, lamination and decor application, UV coating, cutting, profiling and inspection all happen on our own equipment at our facility in Şanlıurfa, Türkiye. We are a manufacturer, not a trading company reselling another factory's production.

Incoming PVC resin, additives and decor film are checked against specification, then the sheet is extruded to the ordered thickness. The marble, stone or wood decor is laminated to the substrate, a UV-cured top layer sets the gloss level and protects the surface, and the panels are cut to length and profiled with an interlocking edge. Every batch is inspected on the line and again before packing.

Every batch passes two separate inspections before dispatch: one during production on the line, and one before packing. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management and ISO 45001:2015 occupational health and safety management, and our panels carry CE conformity for European standards.

Yes. We hold the decors and the tooling in-house, so a design ordered again months later is produced on the same line to the same specification. This is the practical advantage of buying from the manufacturer rather than from a reseller who sources from whichever factory is cheapest that quarter.

MARBY PVC wall panels have a minimum of 50 panels per design. Our other lines, such as Crafty profiled panels, have no minimum order requirement. Designs can be mixed within one shipment.

We produce to order and hold no factory stock, so production begins once an order is confirmed. Production typically takes two to three weeks, with shipping adding roughly two more weeks depending on destination and freight mode.

No. Decomdis is a made-to-order manufacturer, which means partners receive panels from current production rather than inventory that has been aging in a warehouse. It also means we do not tie your capital up in stock that stops selling.

Yes. We supply decor samples so you can check surface, tone and finish before committing to a production run. Contact our export team with the decors you want to evaluate and the market you are supplying.

We ship by road across Türkiye and the EU and by sea worldwide, supplying partners in more than 50 export countries. Orders load as full truck loads, part loads, or 20ft and 40ft containers. Freight cost depends on volume and destination and is quoted with your order.

Yes. Production is based in Türkiye and European operations run from our office in Romania, but we supply distributors and project buyers worldwide by sea freight. Documentation, labelling and container loading are handled for export as standard.

MARBY PVC wall panels are produced at 2.7 mm as standard, with 2.4 mm, 2.6 mm, 2.8 mm and 3.0 mm available on request. Panels are 1220 mm wide and produced in 2440 mm, 2600 mm and 2800 mm lengths. Other lines have their own dimensions, listed on each product page.

Yes. Because we run the line ourselves, we can produce custom sizes and custom decors to a partner's specification. If you have a pattern or a market-specific format in mind, send it to us and we will tell you what is producible and on what lead time.

Our wall panels are produced from PVC with marble, stone and wood decors. Materials are selected for durability, surface quality and the conditions of the area they will be installed in, and are produced with zero formaldehyde and no heavy metals.

Yes. Water absorption is 0.1% or less, so the panels can be installed safely in bathrooms, kitchens and other humid areas without swelling or delaminating.

MARBY PVC wall panels carry a B1 fire rating. Classification varies by product line, so ask our technical team for the specific documentation covering the panel and the market you are supplying.

Panels can be bonded to the wall with adhesive applied to the back, and profiles can be used for a more solid, finished appearance. The interlocking lock design lets installers fit panels without visible fixings.

Yes, our panels are designed for straightforward installation and can be fitted without specialist trades. For large or heavy panels, we recommend using an experienced installer.

Our wall panels are not for floor use. They can be installed on ceilings provided the application is carried out properly and securely. For floors, ask us about our SPC flooring line, which is produced for that purpose.

A damp cloth and a mild cleaner are all that is needed. Avoid abrasive chemicals and hard brushes, which can dull the UV-coated surface.
